Come to the Thanksgiving community dinner

The Thanksgiving Friends Celebration is a wonderful Montrose tradition. It is free to everyone from visitors to locals, those who are alone for the holiday or those who just don’t want to cook.

COME ONE….COME ALL! Join us November 23rd from noon-3:00pm, at Friendship Hall for this long standing Montrose tradition, The 23rd Annual Thanksgiving “Friends” Celebration.  Enjoy a wonderful, homemade, traditional Thanksgiving feast, along with live entertainment and a children’s activity room for the kiddos.  If you’re unable to attend, but would still enjoy a hot, holiday meal, give David Marquez a call at (970)318-6759 and he will arrange for a meal to be delivered to your door.  Would you like to volunteer your time as a driver? David can help you with that as well.  Are you interested in helping to cook, food prep, set up, serving, greeting guests as they arrive, helping guests the day of, cleanup, etc…  Please give Amethyst Smith a call at (970)318-6724 and she would be happy to get you set up. We appreciate each and everyone of you for it truly takes a community to make this happen.
